Carpool Procedure For Cary K-8 Campus
Arrival Times, Carpool & Club Dismissal
- Morning Arrival Times:
- Grades K–7 begin at 7:35 AM.
- Students must arrive no later than 7:55 AM to be seated and ready to learn.
- Students arriving at/after 8:00 AM must be signed in by a parent/guardian at the front office for attendance and safety purposes.
- Early Pick-Ups:
- We are unable to accommodate early student pick-ups after 2:30 p.m.
- Dismissal & Carpool:
- Afternoon carpool runs from 3:15 PM – 3:40 PM.
- Students not in clubs must be picked up before 3:40 PM.
- To avoid late fees, all students must be picked up no later than 3:45 PM.
- Club Dismissal:
- Club pick-up begins after 3:50 PM.
- Please do not line up before 3:50 PM.
- If you arrive early, kindly park and wait until dismissal to help reduce congestion and ensure student safety.
