TMSA Triangle Cary After-School Care Program

Dear Parents and Guardians,

TMSA Cary provides after-school care for students from Kindergarten to 7th grade, located at the TMSA Cary Building (312 Gregson Dr.), starting on Monday, August 10th.

The program runs from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM, providing a safe and supportive environment where students are expected to work on their assignments and master their subjects using their own resources.

Program Schedule

  • Regular School Days: Monday – Friday | 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Early Release Days: NO After-School Care available

  • ReFresh Fridays: NO After-School Care available

  • Drop-In Care: Available on Regular School Days

Payment Details

  • Monthly Fee: $225.00 – $300.00 per month (varies depending on the calendar month)

  • Drop-In Rate: $20.00 per day

  • Payment Deadline: Must be paid by the last day of the preceding month

  • Late Payments: A $50 late fee applies to all overdue payments

  • Refund Policy: All payments are strictly non-refundable

  • Registration Policy: Each payment covers one student only. Registration is finalized once payment is completed

Important Note: A minimum of 15 registered students is required for this service to operate. If fewer than 15 registrations are received, the program may be canceled.

Eligibility: Open to all TMSA Triangle Cary families (K–7).

How to Register & Pay:

  2. Go to the ParentSquare portal to complete your payment. Click here to pay via ParentSquare: ParentSquare Payment Link for August Aftercare.

  3. Enter the amount you wish to pay, click Pay Now, and enter your payment information to finalize your registration.
