Principal’s Message

Welcome to TMSA Triangle Cary Campus.

TMSA Triangle Cary Campus, We are the campus where the TMSA Triangle miracle first came to life. 

Our campus is more than a school. This is where the TMSA vision took root, where our community first came together, and where we proudly graduated our very first class. What started here has grown into one of North Carolina’s most respected K–12 charter school communities. Cary is where we proved what a dedicated team, a clear mission, and a shared belief in our students can achieve. 

When I stepped into the role of K–7 Principal two years ago, I knew I was joining a strong school with a powerful legacy. I also believed we could reach even higher. Together with our incredible team, we strengthened our programs and focused on creating a school environment where students and teachers bring out the best in one another every day.

In our first year together, our school performance score rose from 85 to 91, and soon after, to 93 — a testament to hard work, high expectations, and a united community. And this is only the beginning. 

At TMSA Cary, we believe the K–7 years are the most formative years of a child’s life. This is when curiosity awakens, character develops, and children begin discovering who they are. Our mission is to create a place where students feel safe, supported, challenged, and inspired — a place where they can explore, grow, and build confidence step by step. 

We also know that great schools are built on strong relationships. Our teachers are the heart of this campus, and we are committed to supporting them — academically, personally, and financially — so they can give their very best to your children. And we see our families not just as supporters, but as true partners. Your voice matters. Your presence matters. Your trust matters.
